Spontaneous Chronic Subdural Hematoma Presenting as Migraine-like Headache

Abstract
Chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) is a common pathology tends to occur among the old age. Mild trauma is an important factor in the development of CSDH. When CSDH occurs in young age, coagulation abnormality, acceleration/deceleration injury or severe head trauma is usually present. Spontaneous CSDH is very rare condition in young adults. Here we present a case of spontaneous CSDH with migraine-like headache in 35-year-old healthy female patient.
